Jeremy Weir

Chairman

Jeremy Weir became non-executive Chairman of Trafigura on 1 January 2025, after more than a decade as Group CEO and over six years as Executive Chairman and CEO.

Jane Kilmartin

Chief Information Officer

Jane Kilmartin joined Trafigura in January 2026 as Chief Information Officer (CIO), a newly created role. Jane is based in Geneva.

Olivia Higgins

Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Olivia Higgins is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Trafigura, where she has spent 15 years building and leading the company's approach to hiring talent at every level. She is now based in Geneva, having previously lived and worked in London and Singapore.
